If the mark of the beast is something we need to avoid, then clear answers are required. How can one refuse something if they do not know for sure what to refuse? Would a fair and just God make Revelation Chapter 13 so no one could understand it? If one word were to be singled out in calculating 666 the word worship would stand out above all others.
Worship - exaltation, veneration, prayer, devotion, burnt offering, hymn and adoration
The mark is something one takes in relationship to to worship. It is the identifier or badge that indicates which side one will choose to worship. There will not be multiple choices to make. One will consciously choose one of two sides, true worship or false worship. They will either choose for or against the false Image of Worship. The number 666 helps to clarify the situation. It helps to label who worships the false Image and who does not. It also identifies the man who enforces the mark. Anyone who chooses evil idolizes the antichrist and becomes one with him. The collective form of the antichrist is much larger than typically envisioned.
There are multiple opinions about the 666 mark of the beast. This becomes chaotic and confusing to the people who seek truth. Satan is the master of chaos. The abyss or bottomless pit of sin is a chasm of darkness and disorder. Lack of harmony in the universe is caused by sin. Sin is the transgression of God's Law. 1 John 3:4
For over 6000 years sinful man has tried to live outside of God's Law. As a result, earth protests. It has become sickly and infected. Sin has drained life's blossom. God's Gospel Order is the only answer to restoration. Satan is a dark master of war, famine, death and turmoil. He has wicked plans and expects everyone on earth to take his evil 666 mark of the beast.
A corrupt rule of law has been set in place. It is an Image or Counterfeit of God's True Law. Many men have forgotten where the Law of the Superior Court in Heaven came from. The man-made devil driven world order law contains provisions to bring every person on earth into the abyss of bondage. Satan, the false prophet, the beast, the man 666 and the Image are out of God's order. Man's new world order plans are devoid of God's power. God's supreme law in the courts of Heaven will condemn them.

Because of Satan's lies, Adam, Eve and all of mankind were placed under a probationary period to be barbed by sins powers. But this time period is not permanent. A change is coming!
