Our Thoughts Hard to Change

As we live through the years we develop a belief system, our own thoughts and sets of values.  Once these thoughts are established, they are sometimes hard to change.  To upset our beliefs and thought patterns disturbs our view of ourselves.  And this can be a very uncomfortable feeling.  Problems with viewing reality as opposed to fiction has always been since the beginning of time.  The only hope is that there has to be a willingness within ourselves to want to learn.  An interest in breaking up the ice castles of our minds.
